I love this self storage space. I've had my things with them for nearly 15 years, and I have always been extremely satisfied. However, this last six months I have especially appreciated Ted's help and support with a range of needs that have come up and this is why I am motivated to write this review. He has made the experience of dealing with belongings after my mother's death less stressful through his superb attention to detail, helpfulness, clear communication and very caring attitude. Extra Space Storage In King of Prussia makes the college move-out process for an out-of-state student a dream! The storage facility has inexpensive options perfectly sized for all of those items that do not need to travel home for summer! Joe and Ted were friendly, helpful and wise about their recommendations on timing and registration for our unit. Joe Stringer did a nice job today. He was like a family member who took the time to be sure that I was aware of how to best use the facility. We have a good feel for the best way to get the most for our money. Although I won't need the 80 cubic footage that was somehow 24 ft. When it was advertised for 25. Thanks for all the quality service that I received from the staff.
