On 4/12/24, i met with Samantha at the beautiful new facility in Harleysville, PA. We discussed my storage needs and I was able to see an available 10’x15’ unit. We did a walk thru from seeing where to enter the facility, noting all the flatbed carts available, to the actual unit. As a new customer, I qualified for a special rate which was significantly less than all the local storage facilities. It was a great experience!

Great experience. Always enough carts but annoying when people didn’t park in designated spots. They would pull up right next to the entrance in the striped spots. Also I would have requested a first floor unit if I had thought of it.

Great service, always available to help! Clean facilities and nice carts right at the door. Double security to enter and to make sure nobody is piggy backing on your code. Overall great place and know my things are safe and secure.
