I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Store Manager Michael Wisor. I came in today with several concerns regarding my current storage unit, and Michael took the time to carefully listen to each one. He provided thoughtful guidance, explained my options clearly, and helped me find solutions that addressed every concern. What impressed me most was his genuine patience, professionalism, and kindness. He understood how important accessibility is for my handicapped mother and worked with me to find a storage unit that would be much easier for her to access. At no point did I feel rushed. Instead, I felt like a valued customer whose concerns truly mattered. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Michael exemplifies what it should look like. His knowledge, compassion, and commitment to helping customers are a tremendous asset to Extra Space Storage. The company should be proud to have someone of his caliber representing their brand. I highly recommend this location and sincerely appreciate the outstanding service Michael provided.
