DO NOT RENT HERE. I rented a 10x10 unit in March 2026 at $56 per month. They increased the cost without telling me to $96. I spoke to the Store Manager Ayanna who told me there’s nothing she can do about it and that there is no one above her who I can talk to. She said that the rates change based on their occupancy. I found the HQ number in Utah and they were helpful after jumping through hoops that included them saying they needed to review the phone recordings of when I booked the unit. HQ agreed to reduce the price to $68. I scheduled my move out for 9/8/26 a month prior and when I showed up the exit door next door next to unit was broken. They didn’t inform me about that and it meant an extra long trek for the movers to get the stuff to the truck. Again, Ayanna said there’s nothing she can do and there is no one above her, and they don’t inform customers about facilities issues that may impact a move.

I did have a great experience here, UNTIL after just a few months they double my rate because "they ran out of space and people want my unit". I get it but it's a bait and switch. buyer beware update post owner response: I already called. That's when I got told you're raising it because of high demand. I am not calling an 800 number now but thank you for the generic response. You can rescind the rate increase or we can be done
