So Im back, updating my review. 5 stars for sure now, Jose, and Kyle both helped me with my rates and getting caught up with a behind balance. What a complete 180 in service, new doors and my locks mailed to me new locks and keys installed too.

This is my second time renting a storage unit at this facility. I appreciate that the building is kept clean, that it is secure, and well-lit inside and out. Management and staff have always been helpful and friendly. This time I rented two units. I emptied out the larger unit the day after my contract renewed, but Jose took care of it so that I wasn't charged for the day. When I rented the smaller unit, I paid for a month before I could even move in, and Kyle kept in touch with me to make sure all was well. Both Kyle and Jose have shown superior customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and stable storage service. Well worth the investment.
