The main elevator servicing the facility has been down for more than 3 months. The excuse is that it’s an old elevator and hard to find parts. Had to take a large item down the stairs 3 floors with 4 people because the smaller elevator would not fit it. In addition the main security gate is broken for weeks and worried about anyone getting in. Shocking lack of care to get both items fixed and no offer of any rent adjustment due to having to hire people to bring things down the stairs. Soon as I can I plan to leave it.
We sincerely apologize for the ongoing elevator and security gate issues you have experienced, Frank. We completely understand how unacceptable it was to carry a large item down three flights of stairs, and we take your security concerns very seriously. We are sorry these issues have not been resolved promptly and that no compensation has been offered for your additional expenses. Please call us at 888-786-7243 so we can discuss a rent adjustment and work toward resolving both issues as quickly as possible. We truly value you as a customer and hope to restore your confidence in our facility.
