So Im back, updating my review. 5 stars back to 1, Sceurtity here is almost 0 Zero, the dumpster has a camera, this weekend marks the 4th time I know a break in happened, my naighbor unit says there was an attempt last month, I wasn;t even notified, the gate is constantly left open, the perimetrer fence is busted you can walk right in to this place, then we're supposd to use our renters policy to cover the theft becasue they have 0 ZERO security, then they fix the lathc on y door I had to fix it myself becasue the meaintencance man is a colpete idiot using small washers I couldve ripped the lastch off by the lock by hand. zero care from the front office, file with the detective and use your policy, no rent freeze or offers of a few dollars off a month, this palce only cares to collect your moeny then hit wath some gereic response to your compalints, cant reach anyone but my own front office. laughable latch repair I made for tax.

I just changed my 5-star review to one star because management at this facility seems to have changed for the far worse. I received a phone call on Saturday advising me that my exterior unit was broken into. I discovered someone cut through the metal at the back of the unit. As of Tuesday, it was still not repaired so there is still a hole in the back of my unit. Management has been acting like they cannot do anything to get it fixed ASAP and only offered a new unit, but no help moving my belongings. I would never use this facility again.

Although this facility is convenient, outdoor units are constantly broken into. Just in the past month, there have been two separate incidents with 10+ outdoor units broken into. Management has refused to make amends with tenants - they have failed to make security upgrades necessary to keep tenants’ belongings safe and refuse to reduce rent or provide balance credits as a result of the repeated break ins. Great facility if you value convenience, terrible facility if value the items in your storage unit.
