DONT DO IT!!!! I gave this Location 5 stars just so my review would show up for YoU to see, so if you’re saying this, it’s no coincidence. It was meant for you to see. I’m not one of these bitter people who just write negative reviews for no real reason or just because something didn’t go my way But Life Storage is TERRIBLE to do business with! These people are inconsiderate, careless & hurtful. They have no remorse for how they treat their customers & what they put people through. When they first open at the Langdon location, the young lady that worked there was very helpful and kind….even she’s gone now. They treated myself and everyone else on the second floor absolutely terrible! & The Woodlawn st location isn’t much better. Try A Different Company & make sure they are not connected at all to Life Storage! I did not take my time to write this review Because we had a little situation. Run!

I just rented a storage unit with this company on the 13th of July and was denied excess to my unit for over a week which I am being charged for and now on August 5, 2024 was told that I have to vacate my unit and pay for a u-Haul truck to remove my belongings or they would discard them for no reason. I am paid in full and don’t owe them any money. This is without a doubt the most u professional business I have ever worked with and will never use there services again. I don’t advise anyone else to use this business as well. No professionalism at all!!!!

I love this place and the Manager Felix is the greatest he was so polite and knowledgeable about everything concerning my 3 storage units I have at Life Storage Langdon St. Philadelphia,PA. The prices are very reasonable compared to surrounding facilities, it's very clean, well lit, safe and secure facility , bathrooms, no rodents like other facilities, and excellent customer service and support. I left Safe Storage and Cubesmart to move to Life Storage and it was the best decision I ever made. I love this place thank God they opened up near my house because now my property is safe and secure. I had to move all my stuff out of the horrible Safe Storage and Cubesmart Storage facilities that are dirty and disgusting and over priced with rude employees and horrible customer service that never works or answers the phone. Thank you Life Storage for setting the bar and showing other companies how a Storage Facility is supposed to be ran. God bless ??????
