The gentleman I was on the phone with helped TREMENDOUSLY, i forget his name but huge shout out to you! (He even stayed after they closed to help me reserve a unit that i needed RIGHT THEN over the phone). He helped me purchase a lock and even left it for me to find after hours. Me & my family appreciate all the help during this ruff pandemic & having patients with us & all of the other extra space costumers, 1500 Grant facility is a Very clean facility...Great Recommendation* Electric in all units,very easy, fast process, Jamar* & Steve, always keep us In good hands & call me & gives me a Notice before my due date if I were to Be vacating. Stephen and Christian were both extremely courteous and helpful. Stephen showed me various storage units and help me figure out which size unit would be best for my needs. The best part was he didn’t try to upsell me on a larger unit that I didn’t need, which I really appreciated.

We really appreciated the wonderful customer service at extra storage!! Unfortunately we need to store our household items as our new house needs some extra time with renovations, but Josh and Erin were so helpful and genuine.
