Unsafe, Overpriced, and Infested With Mice I would not recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone. The facility did not feel secure because people who didn’t appear to have units could simply wait for a customer to enter their passcode and then follow them inside. It's not the job of a person who's renting a unit to stop someone from entering the facility. The main access gate is open 24/7 and doesn't require a access code. I only rented my unit for four months, and during that short time, my monthly rate increased by $45. On top of that, the facility was infested with mice ?????????? I saw multiple mice on more than one occasion running throughout the building and found droppings and holes chewed through some of my belongings. For them to raise the price while failing to provide a secure, clean, pest-free facility is unacceptable. Please think twice before storing your belongings here. According to management there is an appointed exterminator to this facility however bout time it was offered to me I was already OVER it and wanted my belongings out of there. Last I checked mice damage can be done for free doesn't cost $477 dollars a month!!!!!
