My first time using this company and my experience has been very positive. Darla helped me book my reservation for my granddaughter’s storage while she’s home for the summer from college. Darla was so helpful in working with me deciding the right product and timeframe need. She patiently assisted with any questions I had and steered me to the product that was right for my situation. Darla is amazing!! She assisted me in getting my unit setup and is always nice anytime I call with questions. She really goes above and beyond for her customers. Mason has helped me more recently as well, and he's superb! He had a lot of patience with me in my requests and he went the extra mile assisting with my lock. GREAT staff. Thank you both!!
