The staff there has always been pleasant to work with. Every time I have a concern, they try their best to help me out. My only pet peeve is that a while back the company jacked my rent up astronomically, but when I called about it, they got it back down to something reasonable. So I’m thankful that my local staff was able to help out. This was never just a short term thing like I’m in between houses or something. I was looking for a long-term solution, so I hope it continues to work out.
