All things considered, we were happy with the service and facility here at ESS/Fernhill. Tony (in the office) helped us quite a few times, he really went out of his way to be helpful and was VERY nice!! The only complaints we have are that one night around 9 p.m. by coincidence we were driving home past the facility and noticed a side door propped wide open with not a car or vehicle in sight ANYWHERE!! VERY CREEPY!! We drove around the parking lot looking for a plausible explanation but found nobody there!! After about 10-15 minutes, we called the police, arranged for them to come investigate and then we left. When we went back the following day, nobody in the office knew anything about it. BIG breakdown in communication!! Also the side garage door closest to our unit has been broken for some time now so when we were moving out, they had to physically walk down and open it for us!! For what they charge every month, it should be getting fixed!! Ridiculous!!
