ZACH IS THE MAN! I’ve been renting here for close to two years now, and this is by far my favorite storage facility in the area. The place is always extremely clean and well-maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Zach, in particular, has helped me so many times over the years—always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing great service. It really makes a difference when someone goes above and beyond like that. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable, well-run storage facility.

Bill at Extra Space Storage in West Chester on Old Fern Hill Rd was extremely helpful and made it incredibly easy to transfer my smaller unit to a larger one. The whole process was quick, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and made everything stress-free. Highly recommend this location, it’s so easy to get in and out of the facility and it’s always super clean.
