The staff at Greenhill Rd in West Chester, PA are always SO helpful. The facility is super clean inside and out. We’ve rented several units here over the years and it is our “go to” when extra space is needed.

So happy with the unit I got today. Exactly what I wanted. The entire property is so spacious and clean. I like that it is elevated from Surrounding land in case of flooding. But the BEST part about this place is absolutely the employees. I was helped by Andrew today. It's so rare to encounter a Friendly, Patient, Efficient AND Knowledgeable employee these days. You feel lucky if you deal with somebody who has only one of these Attributes. So my recommendation to The company is to do whatever you have to keep this guy around. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable I've got someone like him who's in charge of my property. I didn't catch the other employees name but got the same feeling from him as well.

I was looking for a 5'x10' storage unit, inside, and climate controlled. I searched on Google and found this company had a location in West Chester. This is perfect for our location. Dylan was very professional. He told me what was available, explained everything about the storage units, and showed me around the property. I rented the unit on the spot. The units and the property are very clean and easily accessible. He found me a unit right inside the door. The price was reduced for 4 months which is cheaper than the unit I am currently renting. This location has the most personable and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and super friendly! The units are clean and most importantly I feel safe when I am there.
