Ed, at extra storage was so wonderful to deal with. He helped us with our account and gave us great suggestions. He was so pleasant and took the time to explain everything to us so that we understood how our account worked. he even got back to us after hours to let us know an answer to our question. We really appreciated him. companies need more employees like him.

The monthly rent for my space had recently gone up. The site manager, Bill Collins, was able to work with me to secure a new rate.- much easier than moving- As an added note, anytime I’ve had a question or needed anything regarding the storage unit, Bill has been great, available, prompt/very responsive and always pleasant.
