The monthly rent for my space had recently gone up. The site manager, Bill Collins, was able to work with me to secure a new rate.- much easier than moving- As an added note, anytime I’ve had a question or needed anything regarding the storage unit, Bill has been great, available, prompt/very responsive and always pleasant.

They have been the absolute best storage place I ever had rentals with. I have a couple storages with these guys and ed and bill are the most understanding and friendly people I have ever met. They don’t ask to many questions/ they dont brother me when I’m in my units for countless of hours. I enjoy finding out about 24/7 access. It makes my life so much manageable. And having these units at this location makes my life so much convenient and easy. I only needed a storage locker for a short time while I got my house ready to sell. It was also my first time and the whole process was super easy! The locker was clean, dry and easily accessible.

I've actually used 2 Extra Space Storage facilities in the area (King Rd & Greenhill Rd) & both are good! Bill, the manager @ King Rd is super helpful & professional. Locations are near major highways so easy to get to & from & pricing competitive.
