DM

September 26, 2026

This is a beautiful campus with a wonderful staff. I think they know how much I want to roll all of their carts off of a bridge, however. Folks, please get carts that are a tad bit larger, that have wheels that lock and don’t have an open back where everything just spills out? That said, wherever I am or wherever I’m headed, I will always go first to an Extra Space Storage. Thanks folks!

Thank you, DM, for sharing your experience and for your continued loyalty to Extra Space Storage. We are glad to hear that you enjoy our facility and that our team has been helpful. We appreciate your feedback on our carts; helpful insights like yours help us improve. We look forward to continuing to assist you with your storage needs.
