Was at extra space storage for around 2 years and my experience was fantastic. The on site manager Alex was amazing, always super accommodating. He made our time renting with extra space storage very pleasant, always went above and beyond.

Employee Lynn did a really great job for me. We were early. She rushed to get ready and opened the gate right away. She accurately told me the options, all the details, answered my questions and secured my unit. She drove me to where my movers were working at the far side of the lot. She was kind, professional and fun. ESS should reward her for going the extra mile and shoot her up the career ladder. UPDATE 2 years later: The employees have always been really great to me, being so nice in general, and taking their time to think about how they could help me with various things. the parent company, however, has thought only about helping their shareholders by increasing prices like crazy. out of all my debt this is the worst to deal with.
