I had a problem and called where my storage unit is and I left a message for a call back. Anne from Extra Storage on Plainfield Pike called me back and she listen to what my problem was and she told me she had to check on it for me and would call me back. She called me back right away and resolved my problem. From the beginning, everyone at the Plainfield Pike storage was very helpful, showing me the different size units and helped me to pick the correct unit. Everyone at the Plainfield Pike storage Anne, John and I believe Eric, sorry if I have the wrong name, are very professional, courteous and friendly. I am so glad I chose Extra Space Storage because the unit is not only the right size, the place is very clean. Thank you to Anne, John and Eric?
