From start to finish this facility was the best. The woman at the front desk(I’m sorry I forgot name) and Brian were both amazing. Great customer service for sure, Brian also went above and behond with guiding me through the auction services given this was my first time buying. Given that I am from out of town and not familiar with the area they both kindly let me use there restroom even though it is not for public use. 10/10 experience ??

I was glad to find a storage unit on short notice because my apartment building was involved in a fire last week and I had to vacate my apartment and couldn't live there anymore. I am very excited that I got my unit at a inexpensive rate and size of it was just what I needed, I will definitely refer to others if they are looking for a storage unit. Thanks 11/22/24 I am still renting my storage unit and now I'm downgrading to a smaller unit to save some money. I'm going from a 5' x12' to a 4'x 12' so there shouldn't be that much of a difference, I was very pleased with the assistance that the 3 gentleman that were working there that particular night gave me. I will continue to rent there until I find a place to live and in the future if I ever need to again.

We rent a unit on Eddy Street in Providence and Jaylee is the manager there. We had a situation the other day, some boxes in the unit fell and we were not able to open the door. Jaylee contacted me and the following day we went to see what the problem was. She was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Extra Space Storage is so lucky to have someone as hard working and reliable as Jaylee.
