I had a very positive experience with Extra Space Storage. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The facility is easy to access and feels very safe and secure. The hallways and common areas are clean, neat, and well-lit, making it comfortable to move items in and out. I especially appreciate that the storage units are climate-controlled, which helps protect stored belongings. The facility is well maintained, and the rental rates are reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would confidently recommend Extra Space Storage to others.

I was glad to find a storage unit on short notice because my apartment building was involved in a fire last week and I had to vacate my apartment and couldn't live there anymore. I am very excited that I got my unit at a inexpensive rate and size of it was just what I needed, I will definitely refer to others if they are looking for a storage unit. Thanks 11/22/24 I am still renting my storage unit and now I'm downgrading to a smaller unit to save some money. I'm going from a 5' x12' to a 4'x 12' so there shouldn't be that much of a difference, I was very pleased with the assistance that the 3 gentleman that were working there that particular night gave me. I will continue to rent there until I find a place to live and in the future if I ever need to again.8/11/25 I am still in my storage unit that I'm now renting, the downsizing that I did 9 months ago is still working out great. I hope to find housing soon so I won't have to live out of a storage unit, if anyone needs a storage unit I will highly recommend this place. Thanks ??6/16/26 Well here I am almost a year later, still in storage and waiting to get into an apartment. I've had to change units because of an issue within the building, but I ended up getting a lower rate that I could work with and save money. Now today I got an increase that has doubled my rental fee and the management and staff have gone above and beyond to try to adjust my rate. A big thanks to Richard, Abby and Amber for their outstanding support and help.
