I just rented this storage for indoor the process was really smooth and I had couple of questions and I called west nyack office, Ally the site manager was absolutely sweetheart ?? Update (Two Years Later): I am updating my rating from 5 stars to 1 star to reflect my overall experience over the past two years. While my initial rate was fair for the first year, my monthly cost ended up increasing 200% by year two. When I asked customer support and local staff about the hikes, I was told my original rate was a promo and my only options were to downsize or leave. On top of the rate increases, facility upkeep has slipped—one of the entry gates was left broken for several weeks (photo attached). For the prices being charged, the security and customer care just haven't held up. Future renters should be aware of how steep the long-term price jumps can be. Initial Review (2 Years Ago): Sam, Allie and Amanda were very helpful and hospitable. Such a great team, they made us very happy with our choice of company and location.
