Storage units are a dime a dozen, but the customer service here sets this place apart from every other - 10/10 recommend, without hesitation. Needed a same day storage rental, drive up, easily accessible. Called a different location who was forwarding calls to this location and gosh, it was my lucky day. Kayla answered, she must have been able to tell I stressed. She found the perfect unit for me, took all my information over the phone. Sent me everything via email and text. I arrived just as the office was closing and had trouble finding my unit; I called and Kayla happened to be there late. She walked me through how to find it, thankfully. 15 minutes later, she was out there to check on me. I was shocked. I assumed she owned this franchise location based on how attentive, diligent and available she was. Turns out, she is just a terrific member of management, So thankful she was there to help get me situated, both by phone and upon arrival. Unit was clean, ready to go. Gated as promised. Tucked away securely. Thanks Kayla!

I’ve stored RVs, tools and an entire household of stuff when moving. The facility is well managed and maintained. Kayla Usher at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My go to storage place in the area!
