My experience in dealing with both the manager, Yesenia, and the assistant manger, Brooke, was excellent. They both are customer oriented, they know the business, and their ability to work with people is outstanding. I signed up for a storage unit over the phone working with Yesenia. Moving through each step of the process she took time to answer my questions. For example, I had questions concerning the contract. She took the time to answer my questions making sure the points I brought up were clarified; I was never rushed. I rate this experience with the manager and the Assistant manager as excellent. It was a real pleasure to work with them.

Super easy, very affordable, best part was managers customer service attitude, yesenia, she was super friendly and helpful and walked in the rain to give me a tour and show me my unit. This was much easier than I expected, the place is clean, it?s gated, it?s not shady, cameras everywhere, now off to pick up the uhaul!
