Awesome customer service! Instead of booking online, I went to the new location so I could see the facility and unit sizes in person. Derek was super friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, showed me the different units and helped me get signed up. I arrived close to office closing time and he even stayed after hours to set up my unit rental. Facility is brand new and every time I’ve been there so far the temperature has been very cool and comfortable!
