From the moment I walked into your office and was greeted by Lois, I knew I was in the right place. Afterall, this was not my first rodeo.. I've used storage lockers before and had problems with them before. Lois helped me through every step of the way helping me decide on which size would be best for me and and even worked to find a locker that would be located at a convenient area for me considering I had knee replacements..This women is compassionate, helpful and amazing and you don't find that often today in employees. You have a real Jem in her.

Great experience. The front office ladies who helped me out were very pleasant to deal with and took care of my new rental in under 5 minutes. They were knowledgeable, kind and upbeat throughout the process and even took the time to show me around the building. The building itself was clean and new, and the security looked very solid.

The process to rent, pay, check-in, and checkout is easy-peasy! The staff is informative, polite and professional. The facilities are immaculate and well above industry standards. The prices are fair and within market. I will rent from them again for any space rental needs that may arise. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

The people here were very friendly and very helpful as well. We had an issue with a key that was quickly resolved and everything was super easy coming and going so I would definitely recommend them if you're planning on storing things.
