Lexi was totally amazing as she helped me through the process of getting the right unit and setting it all up for me. I felt like I was talking to a best friend. From the moment I walked into your office and was greeted by Lois, I knew I was in the right place. Afterall, this was not my first rodeo.. I've used storage lockers before and had problems with them before. Lois helped me through every step of the way helping me decide on which size would be best for me and and even worked to find a locker that would be located at a convenient area for me considering I had knee replacements..This women is compassionate, helpful and amazing and you don't find that often today in employees. You have a real Jem in her.
