Very welcoming when I enter the front office. The lady at the front desk ( Lisa howell) was very helpful and explained everything in a friendly and upbeat manner! I would definitely recommend the Extraspacestorage on 153 Easley

I use two storage units at this location and have been very pleased with the overall location, and have been especially pleased with the customer service from Heather and Linda. They helped me greatly with finding convenient units that fit all my items right next to each other, and outdid themselves by holding a third unit that I wasn’t sure I needed when I asked them to. I ended up not needing the extra unit, but I’m glad Linda and Heather were looking out for me in case I did!
