Charmaine was a great help answering my questions and addressing my concern. She was willing to do what she could to help me. Just doesn't seem fair to increase the price of my storage unit without any notice at all. I am giving a 4 because of the customer service I received from Charmaine! If not for her I'd give less because how can you go up on someone's storage rent by $80 a month with no notice. I have 6 children and have to stay on budget! That's just crazy to go from $179 a month to $259 with no warning or anything. We will likely be moving our stuff out of here. Thank you to Charmaine though for her excellent customer service!

I’m just going to be upfront, and say that Extra Space Storage has provided me with every aspect of an ideal, affordable, clean, easily-accessible, climate-controlled storage unit that I could have ever expected or asked for! The staff ACTUALLY does their jobs, and they ACTUALLY do them well, and they ACTUALLY seem to genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction with their service. For example, I was recently on Extra Space’s mobile app to make my monthly payment for my 10x10 storage unit, when I noticed a piece of information telling me that I may be eligible for a Military Discount [depending on which facility I use]. Upon me making an online inquiry about taking advantage of it, an extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful employee named Charmaine called me from the location I rent from [104 Von Ln Easley, SC]. Charmaine seemed to put forth every effort to advocate for me, regarding some of the questions I asked her, and made absolutely sure that we had a plan to address my questions with thorough, informed answers. In an era when proficient (much less average) customer service is scarce, Charmaine defied my admittedly low expectations of what I thought she would be willing, and/or able, to help me accomplish. And I think we can all agree that such a positive customer service experience tends to be especially anomalous in the current society/culture/economy/era we live in. Thank you so much for all of your help, and for treating me with genuine respect [if you read this], Charmaine!! Essentially, throughout my current experience renting a storage unit from Extra Space Storage, the ONLY slight issue I’ve encountered occurred when one of the electronic gates was out of service for a very short time, but I was still able to easily access my unit via the facility’s other gate, and the inconvenience of it was about as minor as it gets. Thank you for being a business that I feel I can trust, Extra Space! And thank you for helping me resolve my minor issues, Charmaine!!
