I’ve had a great experience so far with Extra Space Storage in Easley! The facility is incredibly clean, safe, and well-maintained. The online rental process was super easy and hassle-free — my unit was ready and waiting for me as soon as I arrived. I really appreciate the thoughtful amenities here, like elevators and dollys available on-site, which made moving my things in so much easier (especially since I didn’t even think about bringing one myself). Brandy has been very helpful and professional. She has helped us get into other units that has met our needs better without problems. Charmaine helped me close out another account or unit without us having to pay for a whole other month. She understood our issue of needing time to get everything into a bigger unit and was very pro-customer.
