A storage unit was booked ahead of moving from our home. Upon arrival, the booked storage was still unlocked and unclean. Since no one was picking up the phone to address and fix the issue; our belongings were moved into a similar storage that “appeared” clean and was technically open. The following day we paid extra because the “clean” one was slightly bigger, no problem. As we started moving we notice mice and took pictures and videos. The manager was contacted and assured us that they didn’t have a pest problem. I will never make make a dishonest review about my experience with any company or business but that pest problem must be dealt with because during the full month of our storage being there; our belongings have a weird foul smell and now I do not want anything that was stored in their storage facility. Please be mindful and please inspect these facilities before booking; yes they are not to blame but completely avoiding and not taking heed to pest issue can cost you more down the road. **BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS**
