I just wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest appreciation to Amanda. The best customer service person you could ask for. My wife is a bit of a packrat so we ended up having to move "one" of our units to a larger unit. (In addition to our "smaller" unit). Amanda went out of her way to make the process smoother and find us the best bang for our buck. So far as long as my wife remains a packrat I hope to have Amanda to make things as stress free as possible. Thank you Amanda and Extra Space Storage!

Ms. Bobbie, the manager of Extra Space Storage is very kind and helpful. When then storage unit monthly’s fee when up I was going to give it up, but because she cared how I was feeling and was genuinely concerned, today I am still a customer…. Just rented a larger unit. She makes spending extra money on storage feel much better.

Amanda at the Goose Creek location was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable. She showed me the unit, demonstrated how to get in and out of the security gate, and made sure that I understood the rental details.

I am loving this storage unit much better than any I’ve had in the past. I have a temp controlled unit . I have absolutely no issues with my unit or the staff! ! The staff is excellent !
