I had the pleasure of working with Kristen. She was very kind and knowledgeable about transferring the storage locker from my mom to me. The process was smooth. When the lock I brought was too big she gave me one for free. I returned it because I no longer needed it after I moved my belongings out and closed the storage locker. If I ever need a storage locker again I’ll definitely use them again.
