Facility locks down at 10:00pm. Sign says GATE closes at 10:00pm. The whole facility locks down at 10:00pm. I had my truck loaded at 10:03 PM and tried to go back inside to secure my unit but could not get back in. Called the emergency number from the kiosk and they said they could not let me in even after verifying my account and passcode. I had to leave my unit unsecure through the night and line up early to be first in the next morning. Any other business allows you to finish up what you're doing as long as you are in the facility by closing time. Since the GATE closes at 10:00, it can be reasonably assumed that nobody will be admitted through it after that time and that if you are inside, to finish your business and go home. There is no signage or warnings saying the doors will go on lockdown and that you will not be able to get through the sliding door after 10:00pm. This should be in bold letters across the top of the door that the customers interact with. You have office hours and gate hours posted, why don't you have it posted for the units that the customer interacts with? Or instead of having hours on just the gate and office, state that the whole facility locks down at 10:00 and you will not be permitted back in side after that time for any reason. My concern is that I trusted you with the security of my belongings. When I had an issue and called your emergency line, the response was oh well, we can't help you. What if I left my keys or phone in the unit? Would the response be oh well? Hang out there all night? For a couple dollars and a few minutes of time, please post a sign on the sliding door and make this transparent to your customers.
