Anastasia is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire storage rental process quick and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Anastasia goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always has a positive attitude. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and organized, and it's clear she takes pride in her work. If you're looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend asking for Anastasia. She made the experience easy and enjoyable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Five stars all the way!
