There are plenty of places to store your stuff across town, and we have used a few of them. Our experience with Extra Space Storage at Pelham and I-85 has been the best. Overall, the facility has always been clean, and the site manager Kathleen has gone the extra mile to make sure we have what we need. Thank you so much!

My partner and I had an outstanding customer service experience with Kathleen. She explained everything in detail and she was very helpful.

We moved to this facility at least 4-5 years ago from across the street and haven't looked back. Kathleen took care of us when we moved in and she still in charge and is always ready with assistance and willing to go the extra mile. We recently had a key incident (we think the cat hide em) so we had to rekey our unit. Kathleen made it a breeze and got it done over the weekend. The place is always clean, carts and elevators at the back door make it a breeze..if only the boxes would put themselves in storage...

I'll tell you the staff was very informative very professional I didn't get her name she has dark hair and takes care of herself in shape at the end of the day when she was ready to leave she still took out the time to go over old details I have never been to a storage unit with so much security and that is a good thing I am very happy with my storage unit and how clean it is I made a good choice I bought the 4-month package which saved me a bundle I suggest using Extra Space Storage if you want climate control or a safe place to not look over your shoulder while you are handling your personal items thank you so much me Michael Cassidy and friends that helped me move a few items in yesterday all agree that if they were to get a storage unit that this would be the place thank you once again for your staff helping and taking out the time to make sure we were settled in sincerely Michael Perri

Our whole experience with renting a storage unit was great. Kathleen was extremely helpful with guiding us through the whole process. We really liked the availability of in-person and phone help. Someone was always available anytime we had questions. We also liked having the option to prepay for the year so it locked in our rental rate. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage and can't say enough great things about Kathleen!
