OMG, Rich was great very informative when it came to teaching me how to access all entrances. Made sure that I had my lock, made sure that my storage unit was tagged. Rich was very kind. Also, I needed a few boxes and Rich was right on time to make my transition smooth definitely needed a kind encounter today because moving is not always easy thank you so much! Did I mention that Rich already had my storage unit ready and prior to my approach he made sure everything was set in stone ???? Great Job Rich wishing you abundant blessing
