I had a bit of a weird and sticky situation come up at Extra Space Storage, and Jo, the manager, went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. She was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation. Jo was incredibly nice and professional, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me rather than just doing her job. She made a situation that could have been very stressful much easier to deal with. I really appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping me. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great customer service, I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage. And a big thank you to Jo for all her help! ???????
