Updated edit at the end: Cindy and Jessica were great throughout the entire process!! They were very helpful and made everything super clear. Very nice ladies! The process of reserving was very easy and the storage unit was easy to access. 10/10! Editing review due to price increase experiences after almost 2 years. Started at $154 in September 2024. 3 months later in December of 2024 increased to $184. September of 2025 went up to $222. June of 2026 I get a notice it’s going up to $251. I talked to staff about the increase over the phone and in person last year and was told I’d be followed up with after the agent talked to a manager. Nothing ever happened. It’s increased $100 in less than 2 years. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice facility with easy access. But if you’re looking for a place with a locked in contract price, this is not it.
