My 5-star rating here is largely attributed to Evan's help this past year. I started a rental agreement in 2023. Initially booked online and quickly realized I picked a unit that wasn't big enough. Evan was extremely helpful in showing me a variety of units and getting me set up with a great space. He was also super helpful with helping me understand the payment terms and addressing concerns about the inevitable rate increases. While I was there, Evan looked like he was doing the job of three people as he was the only employee I saw that day and he was tending to a handful of issues on the property while also fielding walk-ins like myself. Such a hard worker while also providing excellent customer service. I called again this year (2024) to make an advance payment and Evan was the one to take my call and help me out again. Facilities are older, so curb your expectations there, but their rates are fair, location is great, and good security.

It’s move day for me and I called Shannon to be sure everything would be set for my movers. She went to the actual unit to check the code, and give me specific place to park and how to navigate to the unit in the building. Shannon took such pride in Making sure my experience would be seamless. She’s great and I highly recommend this facility because they have employees like Shannon’
