My experience from the moment I walked in until my final purchase was the Best Customer Service I experienced in a very long time !! My first experience was with Andrew who was kind and a pleasure to talk to . He helped me through the entire process!! He gave me all the information I needed!! On my 2nd visit the next day to purchase my Storage space I was once again helped with great Service with Linda . She was kind and funny and walked me through the final steps of renting my storage . It didn’t feel like it was just business but very personal with both Andrew and Linda . The best experience!! I will definitely recommend this company!!

As a mover of 17+ years I’m thankful for the elevator holds for max load, but it would be nice to have the same max time to unload it. The doors close too soon.

As a mover of 17+ years It’s cool that the elevator holds for max load, but I have 30 seconds to get everything out the elevator is crazy!!!! That needs to be rectified.
