The unit itself was fine. It was an outside 5x10 pod. Easy access. We switched to a different facility due to the rates being increased multiple times. We were able to get a 10x10 unit for $10 less per month than what we were paying for with the 5x10 unit at your facility.

I have been renting our storage here for about 8 years. I have an amazing experience since day one. With that being said, Annie has being above and beyond amazing! Checks on me when I unload my huge deliveries, helps deliver my boxes when gone, always a smile on his face with a hello. Absolute pleasure and highly recommend!!!
