Online booking was a quick and easy. Received a follow up call to my booking where any questions I had were quickly answered. We arrived later to use our storage unit and found the property to be secure and modern. We easily found our location and found a clean and prepared unit. After unloading, I stopped at the office to prepay and was greeted promptly by a very friendly representative. We are happy with our choice of storage facility and recommend EasyStorage to others!

I’ve had storage units there for over two years and have not exactly had the best customer service. In fact I’ve had some horrible customer service until today. I don’t know who Miss Linda is in the Myrtle Beach location… But this woman was so nice, patient accommodating, she fixed the problem I’ve been having for two years ina matter of minutes that no one else would help With. she really listened to me. She had a wonderful personality. She was just fantastic. I don’t know where you found her, but please don’t let her go! Thank you Miss Linda!!
