This extra space storage is wonderful. Access is reliable, the facility is clean and all interactions have been positive. Most importantly, the customer service exceeds expectations. Heather goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can and always greets me with a smile. She is very much appreciated.

The initial set-up for a unit was smooth and easy. Every associate that I spoke with was very professional, patient and kind. TAYLOR started the process. She was awesome and God-Sent as she gave me encouragement during a very difficult time. ADRIANNA was Awsome as well. She was very patient & Kind, answering all of my questions with unmatched professionalism. She was not in a rush to hurry me off the phone. I have not moved my stuff in yet, but I'm sure the entire experience will be great from start to finish. Thanks Adrianna and Taylor!!!
