I just stopped in to the life storage on glens bay rd and was welcomed by Heather ! What a breath of fresh air to be treated like a valuable customer! ! She was very professional and answered all my questions! She is truly an asset to this company!

I just wanted to take a moment to share appreciation for employee, Heather. She signed us up , she makes you feel comfortable with your decision of what to do with your stuff. She assisted me the other day when i lost the keys to my lock . I was in a panic and she handled the situation with the type of professionalism and understanding for my urgency , the type of work ethic thats rare and needed a shout out. I use them for storage and was able to reserve online. their facility hours run 7 days with flexible hours from 6:30am-10pm. Great experience. Clean units.

I despise the business model that offers teaser rates, and then after just a few months, the monthly fee almost doubled (10x10) from $81 to $157. Unfortunately all storage facilities do this... Otherwise, a decent storage facility, nice employees.

The units are very clean, well lit, and place is nice. The elevator is a little slow, but that's on purpose for loading. I paid in advance. Staff is very professional. They did a great job for me!!!!
