I have been renting a unit at this location since 2021, to support my small business. I've seen the facility change ownership from Eden Terrace to River Rock, and now to extra space. From 2021-Aug 2025, my unit rent increased from $97/mo to $185/mo, roughly $22 increase per year. And each price increase from Eden Terrace and River Rock were notified via email. Under extra space, my rate just increased from $185 to $267 starting Aug 1 2026, a one-year increase of $82 - and I received no email notification of the change. I've had no issues with local management, but watch out for their company-wide pricing ridiculousness.
