Tammy at the 609 Old Trolley Road location went above and beyond for me! She provided detailed instructions on how to add a guest to the Extra Space app AND an annotated map of the site itself to help the tow-truck driver—and the local person meeting him—navigate to the unit. She's one of a kind—she remained friendly and personable while patiently answering my barrage of questions! (I live out of state and conducted the transaction by phone.) I highly recommend this location just on the basis of my interaction with her.
