I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage and wanted to recognize two outstanding team members — Christian and Amanda. Christian went above and beyond by calling us to make sure we were happy with our rental, which was such a thoughtful touch. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and patient while answering all of our questions. He even helped us work through a small issue on our end without hesitation. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. He made me feel completely confident that our belongings are safe and in good hands — he is absolutely an asset to his team.
