Rented a second unit at this location today. The first was rented this past September via their online portal, which was very easy to use. We completed the transaction in under ten minutes. We are impressed with the ease and how quickly the agreement and information was emailed. We chatted with Justin as we looked at units and asked if we could pay 12 months. He called me immediately after the rental was finalized. He provided outstanding service! I called the office before they were open today. Wyatt called me a few minutes after they opened. Told him what I was looking for and had another unit rented very quickly. Outstanding service received again!! The facility has some years on it but is well maintained and clean. A testament to good management and competent and diligent employees. I have crew cab (double cab) Ford F250 with 8’ bed. Also use a trailer with a12’ bed. It is tight getting to the the first unit rented (bldg DD). I can back up with my trailer to the unit rented today (bldg AA). All in all an excellent experience renting at this location!!

The 2 front desk staff were “above & beyond” helpful and understanding. I had a situation where the key to the lock on my unit had been “lost” (or “hidden” from me). I cannot praise these two enough in how they handled me and this delicate situation … I am certainly recommending this company for the wonderful facility, but also for the extraordinary staff.
