This place seems nice, but understand that the rate you sign up for will not be the rate you pay. Within 4 months of renting a unit with them, they increased the monthly price by 100%. About 10 months later, they increased it another 56%. It has gone from $43/month to $134/month. I understand rate increases over time, but increases of this magnitude are unethical. The company obviously knows it's hard to move to a different storage location once you've "moved in," and they're capitalizing on that. Again, it's incredibly unethical. What a shame that the owners operate in this way. I would highly recommend looking for storage elsewhere, even if it means paying a higher rate initially. To clarify, because I see the owner responded to my review - we have contacted the office and tried extensively to stop the unethical rate increases. We were told that wasn't possible. What's worse than a company that operates like this? One that comments on bad reviews pretending like there's a solution to the issue.
