Kathleen was great! Highly recommend!

I've had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage for over a year. Never had any issues with water damage, even after heavy storms. Everything inside my unit is dry and clean. They also provide great pest control. The manager Kathleen is amazing. She knows her job very well which makes renting a space easy and fast. She is always at the office during posted hours and answers the phone promptly. I like having the peace of mind knowing she is a reliable manager who will address any questions or issues I might have.

Prompt, professional, good location, property well maintained. Security good and ingresses and egresses very simple and convenient.

Friendly staff. : This did not change, Kathleen (5 STARS ) was amazing and accommodating as I was abruptly made aware of the change in ownership. Turned a nasty shock into a memorable save and a memorable 3 months ensued. Willing to work with you: Again, Kathleen worked with me to understand the fees applied after the change and to help alleviate them once the full story came out. reach out to keep you informed: This has changed, I did not know the ownership had changed and my auto pay cancelled until I saw that an almost $700 Payment was needed on my $169 per month unit and was not notified as the company did not have current info for contact, which is interesting as the previous company had email, text and physical address…. provide multiple payment methods.: Yes. Clean and secure.: Yes Reasonable rates.: @#$%%^&$%$!!!!!! I have moved out of your property because my unit that was $169, went to $214 and then $299 with in a year. Extra space, your algorithms for “Current MArket rates” are ridiculous. Go pound sand!

This review is about Laurie who is the Travelling Assistant for Extra Storage Space in TN. Laurie's customer service skills are outstanding. She is personable plus she listens well and hears you. Laurie has been in this industry a long time. She is very knowledgeable, actually more knowledgeable than anyone I have talked to in this industry. Over the years I have had storages, and right now I have some storage places in a few states. Laurie took care of something that would not have been fair to me in the slightest. Because of her knowledge, she was able to go up the ladder to present something, that is within their guidelines & still good for Extra Space Storage. And it came back in my favor. Others would have snuffed it off or said that was the way it was. Laurie is also a well rounded, great person. She is the person you would want to answer the phone when you call.

Renting a storage space at Extra Space Storage on Walton Ferry in Hendersonville was a pleasant experience. Kathleen was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The space is clean and secure and the access is efficient. Highly recommend
