First and foremost, the customer service from Francis and the AMAZING team at Extra Space Storage, Madison deserve a FIVE STAR rating before I even move into the review of the storage facility itself. So, I've been renting a climate-controlled unit from Extra Space now for many moons, like since Feb, 2017 and I must say it has been the best investment for my touring keyboard rig as well as other super meaningful personal items. The first of my top three ratings would be how safe I always feel about the top-level security both inside and out. From the security code you'll have to use just to drive inside the facility to the second security code to enter the climate-controlled section to the abundance of well-maintained security cameras both inside and out, this will be such a welcomed benefit for anyone who feels vulnerable about entering a gated business. My 2nd top fav rating, which is how well maintained and clean they keep the entire facility. This brings me to my top third rating, which is the beautiful experience of just walking into the front office. I've always felt like family the instant I walk through the door. The vibes of the front office are such that I've often thought about bringing a few of the teas I've collected from around the world and hosting a Bro Paul / Extra Space tea party! Well done, Francis and everyone, and looking forward to the many moons ahead with you all at Extra Space Storage! xXx Bro Paul
