Absolutely phenomenal service. Our storage needs and questions are answered promptly, and without issue, and the front desk is just all around a great group of people. Extra Space Storage in Germantown is a great and safe place for storage. Chance the manager goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He has helped me out on multiple occasions to help with my storage needs. The staff is professional and the facilities are kept clean. I would highly recommend this location!
