I want to give a huge thank you to Nesa for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right storage unit for my needs. After I reserved a unit, Nesa took the time to personally call me and discuss it before I moved in. She explained that the representatives who take reservations over the phone aren't always able to see exactly what the units look like in person, and she wanted to make sure the unit I selected would actually work for what I needed. I had just dealt with a frustrating situation at another storage facility where I ended up needing a refund because the unit wasn't what I expected. Knowing that, I really appreciated Nesa's honesty and willingness to double-check everything for me. Her call saved me from going through the same experience again and gave me confidence that I was choosing the right unit.
