I needed a 10x10 storage unit and was told by another facility that Extra Storage at 5675 Summer Ave. was having a special at this time. I checked and saw that the facility opened at 9:30 so I was parked at the front door at 9:25. At 9:30 the front door was open and I walked in to meet the manager, Chemire. Boy what a wonderful time I was about to experience. I am a minister and am moving to another chapel to continue my work a Wedding Minister but needed to store some office furniture and boxes for an undetermined period of time. I explained in detail what I was looking for and asked about the special price being offered at this time. Chemire was totally attentive to all the information I gave her about myself, why I was in need of a 10x10 unit, and what I could expect from Extra Storage. I don't think she ever stopped smiling as she looked intently at me the entire time we were together and began explaining exactly how everything worked there. I was a professional business man for 30 years prior to going into ministry and knew the importance of being open and honest with my employees as well as with the public in order to continually be growing my company, which I did. Chemire was so very professional as well as personable as she took me through the whole process of renting there and what I could expect. I couldn't be more satisfied. She went so far above and beyond just being a good employee doing her job. I had lots of questions and she didn't hesitate with each one to stop and address it to my complete satisfaction. That impressed me. When all was said and done she walked me through the application process and even wrote down things for me to take with home so I wouldn't forget. That was unexpected and again I was impressed by her care for my now being a part of "the family" at Extra Storage. If I was still in the business world and met Chemire I would have offered her a job at my company in a heartbeat. I just want to say thank you to Chemire for being so down to earth and "real" with me like she was. I feel like I've made a new friend. I will certainly be recommending Extra Storage to my friends and others that I have occasion to meet with.
